Upload passport + portrait photos to your booking, keep USD cash (40–50$) for Cambodia VOAs, and pack your exit slip. Confirm pickup time with your driver via WhatsApp by 20:00 the night before.

Moc Bai Visa Run Instructions
Use this checklist on the day of your visa run. We’ll also send it via WhatsApp the evening before departure.

Pickups (04:00–06:00)
Be ready in the lobby. Drivers share live locations while heading through District 1, Binh Thanh, Thu Duc, and Phu My Hung. Need a coffee stop? Ask before we leave Saigon.

Vietnam exit
Our Tay Ninh fixer meets you at Moc Bai immigration, organizes the queue, and stamps you out. Keep the stamped exit slip—we’ll photograph it later.

Cambodia entry (Bavet)
Walk across with the fixer, pay the VOA fee (cash USD), and provide two spare photos if your nationality requires it. Multiple-entry travelers can simply collect the entry + exit stamp.

Re-enter Vietnam
After Bavet exit, our fixer escorts you back to Moc Bai arrivals. Share the stamped Vietnam entry immediately—we submit it with your 90-day E-Visa paperwork.

Lunch + return
Grab lunch in Tay Ninh or enjoy the packed meal inside the van. We monitor QL22 traffic and adjust drop-offs so you reach home between 15:00–17:00.

E-Visa follow-up
Watch WhatsApp for a confirmation that your E-Visa (or push request) has been filed. Standard processing takes 3–4 business days; Rush tiers notify you within hours.

Quick reminders
- Passport must be valid 6+ months with 2 blank visa pages.
- Bring a printed copy of any existing E-Visa or approval letter.
- Shared seat riders should travel with one carry-on (max 55 cm).
- Cash tips for fixers (100,000–200,000 VND) are appreciated but optional.
- If you booked Rush processing, stay online once we submit so we can deliver your approval immediately.
